  • Corbett National Park

    null Corbett National Park was India's first National Park and the world’s second after Yellowstone National Park. Established in 1936 by legendary tiger hunter Jim Corbett (1875-1955) made famous by his book ‘The Man-Eaters of Kumaon’. It is one of India’s finest National Parks, rich in bio-diversity and has a large variety of habitats. Over 600 species of birds, dear, sloth bears, crocodiles, elephants, leopards and of course tigers, roam freely throughout the park. Excursions available include elephant back safari, jeep safari, angling for the mighty Himalayan mahseer and multi-day elephant safaris.

  • Ranthambhore National Park
    Wildlife Safari

    null Ranthambhore is the only dry deciduous tiger habitat in India, making it one of the best places in the world to see tigers in their natural environment. Ranthambhore has great wildlife stocks: among the cats are caracal, jungle cat, rusty spotted cat and leopard. Other mammals include striped hyena, Indian fox, spotted deer, Indian gazelle, blue bull, wild boar, sloth bear and jackal. There are about 35 species of reptile, including crocodile and over 300 bird species. Adding to the wildlife is the exceptional scenery of the park, the highlight being the impressive Mughal fort from the 10th Century. There are also crumbling ruins of temples and mosques all over the reserve.

  • Kaziranga National Park

    null Kaziranga is the best place in the world to view the Indian one-horned Rhinoceros. With almost 80% of the world’s population resident, the park has been declared a World Heritage Site. Set on the banks of the mighty Brahmaputra River in Assam, North Eastern India, its tall thickets of elephant grass and swamps are ideal habitat for the Rhino. Besides the Rhino, the park has a large population of Indian Elephants, Indian Bison, Swamp Deer, Hog Deer, Tigers, Sloth Bears, Leopard Cats, Jungle Cats, Hog Badgers, Capped Langurs, Otters, Hoolock Gibbons, Wild Boar, Jackal, Wild Buffalo, Pythons, Monitor Lizards, and a mass of birds. Jeep and Elephant back safaris are available.

  • Bandhavgarh National Park

    null Before being declared a National Park in 1968, Bandhavgarh was a hunting reserve for the Royal Family of Rewa. One of those royals Maharaja Raman Singh personally killed over 100 tigers. Today the park is estimated to have the highest density of tigers in India. The park has a mixture of thick jungle and grass land. The jungle is surrounded by cliffs and the wooded Vindhyan mountains which create a lush and moist climate in the park. Besides tigers the park is home to leopard, nilgais, jackals, sambars, porcupines, guars, wild boar, and over 250 species of birds.  Jeep and elephant safaris are available.

  • Varkala Beach

    null Varkala is a great beach with a relaxed atmosphere. There are plenty of good mixed cuisine restaurants all of which serve fresh fish. Enjoy Elephant rides, yoga classes, massage and an abundance of fresh fruit. It is the only place in southern Kerala where cliffs are found adjacent to the Arabian sea. These tertiary sedimentary formation cliffs are a unique geological feature on the otherwise flat Kerala coast.

Its museum is also very interesting, containing many artifacts of the royal times in Jodhpur.

    null Jaisalmer, known as the ‘Golden City’ is located in western Rajasthan. The town is dominated by the Golden Fort which overlooks the city. The city constructed from sandstone is an important center of handicrafts in Rajasthan. Sandstone carvings and block printed fabrics produced here find their way into shops across the world. Apart from the fort and shopping streets, the carved mansions and Jain temples are well worth seeing. The sand dunes at Sam, near Jaisalmer are the site of the annual Desert Festival.

    null Pushkar is famous for camel fair which takes place in November every year. The Fair draws massive crowds with merchants, camel traders, cultural performers and tourists coming together for a celebration in the desert.  Pushkar also has many temples such as Savitri, Rangji, Warah, Apteshwar and a rare Brahma temple, built around the holy lake. Devotees bathe in the lake on the auspicious day of Karthik Purnima which occurs on a full moon.

  • Bikaner

    null Bikaner is located in north western Rajasthan. The imposing palaces, beautiful and richly sculptured temples of red and yellow sand stone display some of the finest creations of the Rajput era. The highlights of this walled city are the impressive fort and narrow and dark streets and markets that weave through the city. Bikaner is also a great palace to take a camel safari out into the desert.    

  • Varanasi

    null Varanasi is one of the most colorful places in India. The bathing ghats that line the Ganges are the main attraction as the most intimate rituals of Hindu life and death take place. Stay in a beautiful mountain bungalow at the heart of a large tea plantation surrounded by nature. Try making your own tea and have evening meals around a barbecue while being entertained by traditional Kalaripayatu dance.  The accommodation is within one hour of Eravikulam National Park and the Chinnar Wildlife Sanctuary.
