Wildlife
India, with over 89,000 faunal species, has one of the richest natural heritages
in the world. While on rafting and trekking expeditions one will encounter a
large variety of Himalayan flora and fauna. However, to experience the classic
wildlife of India, you may want to visit one of the country's many national
parks south of the Himalaya. We have chosen two Parks for our clients, Corbett
and Ranthambore. These are two of India’s best national parks both having a
large variety of wildlife. We usually tailor wildlife trips with a trekking or rafting expedition but we can also tailor wildlife-only itineraries, angling trips and multi-day elephant safaris.
